I’m so excited that you’re interested in taking the next step in your health and fitness journey and am honored you are considering me in that process! Personal training is just that: personal! Each session is tailored to your specific goals, physical needs, and schedule. Each session is 45 minutes long and located at 605 S 12 St., Suite E, Murray, KY (next to Splat! and Purpose Church). 

Our first session will be a consultation process so I can get to know you better and learn how you envision me helping you progress in your health and fitness journey. Each session, including the consultation, is $40. Payment for all sessions will be made in advance. You can purchase as many sessions at a time as you like with a minimum of 4.

Another perk of being a personal training client of Teela Venice Training is FREE access to the empowHER gym space and 1 FREE empowHER fitness class per month as long as you are an active client (minimum of 4 sessions per month)!

Another aspect of personal training is nutritional guidance. As a soon-to-be ACE-certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, I can offer nutritional guidance and suggestions to meet your unique goals.

  • As a personal trainer, I am a certified & tested fitness professional with a wealth of knowledge about the body and how to maintain it. I will create workout routines and plans based on your specific goals and physical needs. These science-backed regimens help you reach your goals faster all the while teaching you about your body and health.

  • Each of our 45-minute sessions are one-on-one ensuring complete privacy. You may feel intimidated by exercise, especially if other people are watching. In our private setting, it’s only me and you! You also may not think you have a lot of time to devote to your fitness. I will work with your schedule to find times that work for you and allow us to meet as often or as seldom as you like.

  • Reach out to me privately by email to book your first session and let me know what other questions you may have. Our first session will be a consultation conversation in which we can get to know each other better and I can learn about your goals and how you see me helping you reach those goals. Sessions are scheduled and paid for in advance.

I have always been an active person. I played sports growing up and continue to play tennis even now. I worked out here and there in college, never following a plan or regime. I would go to the gym, do some “legs” or “arms”, hit the cardio machine for 20 minutes, and call it a day. After graduation, I moved from Murray to Nashville and began gaining weight quickly. I didn’t like the way I was starting to look but more importantly, I didn’t like the way I felt. I had always been a tall, thin person so I didn’t take kindly to my changing shape.

In 2017 I moved back to Murray, started dating my now husband and we were engaged in Spring of 2018. I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was eating anything I wanted, drinking alcohol socially, and being extremely inconsistent in the gym.

Finally, in the fall of 2018, I started participating in a local female-only boot camp class. I fell in love with the intensity of the classes and the community of women. The trainer opened a studio in 2020 and in 2021, asked me to start teaching morning classes for her. I jumped at the chance, got my group fitness certification, and started helping other women become the best version of themselves.

In 2023, I finished my American Council on Exercise personal training certification course and began taking one-on-one clients while continuing to teach classes. I feel great fulfillment through seeing women believe in themselves and do things they never thought possible. Getting to watch my client’s confidence grow every day is something that I am truly honored to be a part of.
