As certified personal trainers, we focus on creating customized, realistic training programs for our clients. From strength training and mobility to functional fitness and accountability, we’ll tailor each session to your unique needs and lifestyle.
In addition to individualized programming and nutritional guidance, a few other perks of being a private client are 1 FREE empowHER fitness class per month if you attend a minimum of 4 training sessions per month.

As personal trainers, we are certified & tested fitness professionals with a wealth of knowledge about the body and how to optimize it. We will create a training program based on your specific goals and physical needs. Your science-backed program will help you reach your goals while teaching you sustainable habits to optimize your body and health.

Each session is one-on-one, ensuring total focus from trainer to client. Additionally, you may not think you have a lot of time to devote to your fitness. We will work with your schedule to find times that work for you and allow us to meet as often or as seldom as you like.

Our first session will be a consultation conversation in which we can get to know each other better, and we can learn about your goals and how you see us helping you reach those goals. Sessions are scheduled and paid for in advance.
